Orient & Flume or other id ??

 Purchased  in Old San Juan, Pto Rico junk shop and  was leaning towards Orient & flume. ?
Pulled feather design and 7.5cm  / 3 inches dia x 5cm / 2inches tall , no signature and a flat ground polished base.
Any help on I/D much appreciated.

Hi Malcolm.  The base looks to be the wrong shape for any O & F that I have seen ... but I am no expert on their products.  I have seen broadly similar pieces offered for sale in small 'unknown' studios catering to the tourist trade, too.
