Unusual Green Pressed Glass Vase Possibly Edward Moore
« on: March 14, 2016, 08:45:47 PM »
A very unusual green Victorian pressed glass vase nicely decorated. I cannot remember seeing another piece in this colour.

I am not sure of the maker but Edward Moore would be mu best guess. The vase also has some gilding to the lower part of the body.

Not signed or marked. Quite heavy for the size 305gm , height just over 5.25".

Thanks Roy

My wife and I have one of these in Purple Malachite (much more purple than white), unmarked. The style of those crosses above the toes gives me pause--possibly German origin??
