Diamond pink and white air trap vase "patent" but by who?

Any thought's on this one, one of the most well made air trap vases i have come across.

5 1/2 inches in diameter and 3 3/4 inches in height.

I remember reading some where that Webbs marked some of their pieces 'Patent' how true this is I don't know, got one in blue, somewhere  ::) ;D
