Tiny blue and white striped vase

HI, I bought this a while ago just because it was blue and pretty. Its 8.5cms tall. Blue and white stripes on clear with very tiny navy blue edges on the blue stripes. Clear base and applied handles. I thought Italian but I have no idea.  It cost me 10p on the car boot . It has a little rough mark in the middle of the base. any ideas please,   Cheryl
