Bulbous bottle vase

Would someone please be good enough to peruse the photos of this bulbous vase and possibly make an attribution?

It's roughly 14cm / 5 1⁄2", with a flat base (several scuffs and wear so it's clearly not new). The opening is only about 2mm diameter.
