 Hi

A clear side on picture of the foot against a darker background would show the outline profile of the foot.
A clear picture of the base of the foot would show whether it is a trumpet foot or a closed foot with a pontil mark on the base.
A clear picture of the pontil mark if there is one, would be helpful (if it isn't a trumpet foot).

I think it is possible these date to mid 19th century and that the green glass might be uranium glass.
They might be French,
or they might be from Schachtenbach glas
or they could be Josephinenhutte

oh and welcome to the board :)
Apologies, I'd not realised it was your first post.

And the white glass is white opaline glass  The green glass is green opaline glass, but possibly also uranium opaline glass :)

The rim of the green petal edge top looks beautifully cut to me, with little notches in the base of each side of the petals?
I had a lustre cut like that - beautiful cutting.

I think they date to c.1850 ish.
I'm not entirely sure where they are from but would tend towards maybe Bohemia as a first port of call (Schachtenbach and Josephinenhutte might be worth looking at as a start).  However ... they do have something in common with  another vase I have that has no identification.  Great quality glass, similary shaped foot and finish and also the bulbous merese on the stem.
Are they heavy? what do they weigh? and what size are they please?
