These pieces with acres of gilt and very thick enamel floral decoration (usually), are most often from Czechoslovakia - sometimes I understand from Italy, but the gilding and this impasto effect are always typical, and when from Czechoslovakia the label usually says Bohemiae.
Regret to say we avoid discussion of values, which as you can imagine are a matter of personal choice and we all have our opinions of what is worth money and what is not. Am sure you will find similar enough examples on the internet to help with providing some guide as to value, but since this is not a high value item then be prepared for disappointment - sorry
