Is this Ysart or Vasart Bros paperweight?

A second acquisition with the same query. Is it Ysart, Vasart Bros or what? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Another one that I suspect is Vasart Ltd rather than Ysart Brothers, even with the central canes being from earlier years.
