Need identification on item and possible value

I need help in finding out who made this and its possible value, it is a prefume bottle and is quite large.

I do not think valuations of pieces are encouraged, there are far too many variations even when pieces are identified.

You don't give a size but if its large its far more likely its a cologne not a perfume. I got it enlarged to 100% no problem & frankly it is almost assuredly a commercial bottle that you will not be able to attribute.
