It's opaline.
However  glass can be made translucent opaline rather than transparent  by the addition of different things - e.g. bone ash, or tin oxide (?) as two examples.
And the effect of the orange 'firey' glow is usually seen when bone ash has been added as the opacifier.

Some glass is more translucent opaline and has an opalescent effect that glows fiery orange also. As I understand it, this is achieved either by the opacifier in the glass (bone ash for example), or in the making process when the glass is cooled.

So your vase is opaline glass but is not opalescent opaline glass.
