Paperweight ID. ID = Chinese
« on: September 27, 2016, 08:07:28 AM »
Hi everyone,

Can anybody tell me something about this paperweight? I found it when cleaning out my dad's place, I have no idea where he got it from. Any info is most welcome!

As Sophie says, modern Chinese.  I recall very similar pieces being sold in petrol stations in the 1990s, usually in fancy boxes for around £10 each!  Not a bad mark up, considering they probably cost 50p at most if you bought a crate of 300....
