Czech, English ? Pea Mold - Cranberry to Violet Vase
« on: October 05, 2016, 09:05:05 PM »
Dear All,

I never ceased to be amazed at the variety of glass that has been made. Something new every day.

So simply as described; mold blown, well graduated colour, 9"/23cm tall, 62/15cm at the mouth. Base is similarly mold finished though top ground flat. Colours I see as cranberry to Violet/Lilac.

Initial thought went to Webb Alexandrite but as soon as I held it, it felt different than those that I have and seen.

So my next thoughts are Bohemian?

What say you all?

With kind regards

Andrew

The colours are wrong for Webb Alexandrite. I think my thoughts would be Bohemian or perhaps US
