I am hoping I am doing the correct thing by adding to an old email thread.

But having had my piece ientified as loetz glass I am trying to find the pattern number or shape. To do this I have borrowed Hatje Cantz's book Loetz Bohemian Glass 1880-1940.
I have seen vase 31 on page 82. I have also gone through the accompanying disc, but I find the answer to my search.
I have found that very few items produced by Loetz seem to have lids, but I have not found the answer I am looking for.
I have seen more than one bowl of similar design and colour to the one I have on-line, so this can't be very rare so I do not understand why there isn't a design number
Thanks
