Topic: Blenko Martini Pitcher ?

Hi, I'm visiting your wonderful glass message board for the first time for a specific reason.  I believe I have identified this broken Blenko martini pitcher (teal?).  I believe the broken pitcher in the attached photos is the Teal Martini Pitcher from 1958 (#5817) (as seen on this page http://www.blenkocollectors.com/1958catalog/1958Catalogp15.jpg).  I would appreciate confirmation by experts. 

And, most important of all, can anyone suggest how i might find a replacement for this 1958(?) piece?  Are there dealers, best sources, any ideas?  The cat knocked this pitcher to the floor, it belonged to my parents, and I'd like to try to replace it.  I have a feeling it might be on the expensive side?  Any Blenko advice is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
