I've been having a great time, with the help of several senior members of the New Zealand glass community, writing a blog about the wonderful DVD the NZ Society of Artists in Glass has produced as part of its Glass Archiving Project. The DVD shows master English Gaffer Fred Daden working in the studio of Tony Kuepfer at Inglewood in New Zealand in March 1977. The DVD is a fascinating historical record of the beginnings of studio glass in New Zealand, and well worth viewing. Since the film has no sound or titles, I hope my blog helps a better understanding of what is being shown. You can see it at http://newzealandglass.blogspot.co.nz/2016/11/fred-daden-and-tony-kuepfer-at.html
