Fan shaped vase Brockwitz ??

I may have posted my blue vase like this before but today I found an amber version complete with flower frog does anyone have any idea of a maker...I thought Brockwitz or maybe Hortensja ..the flower frog looks as if it was meant to have a peg figure standing in it ??
