This paperweight is three inches in diameter and two inches tall. The base is concave and looks like it has been heat polished , no ground and polished pontil mark on this one.

The cane in the very middle is in the form of a Maltese cross. Thanks for having a look, any idea of age and maker please ?

Scottish ... Strathearn, 1964 to 1980 but could be closer to 64 than to 80.
