You are absolutely correct, Steven. It's Anthony Stern.
And I was about to say it was Mtarfa until i saw what you'd said and looked a little bit more carefully. :-[
His signature has been mistaken for Mdina before, but this is the first I've mistaken for Mtarfa. ;D
