Delicate Crystal flower in a marble base, Austrian glass?

Hello, I was sent this forum because I need some help in identifying this piece's manufacturer, designer or date.. There are no marks that I can see and the only thing I know about it is that it's old and Austrian (so I was told) .... I would really appreciate your help if anyone knows anything.. Thanks very much in advance
