Sorry for the delay in replying, I've been away.
Yes, the knop of the stem looks fire-polished. I think maybe the rim is slightly firepolished too, but, as you say, not the decorated part of the bowl.

I'm very pleased to have a piece of Scandinavian pressed glass!   :D
