Is it a Tubi Vadan vase???

Could you tell if it is a Tubi Vadan vase??? or anything else?
It is not signed (I cannot see anything)

Yellow glass paste flamed with red and brown
Frosted glass paste foot
A thin layer of metal (bronze?) was cast and modeled around the foot and body of the vase, evolving towards a rounded handle and evoking perhaps a body in the foetal position

Height: 37.5 cm
Top diameter: 8.6 cm
Base diameter: 13 cm
Weight: 1014 grams
