Topic: Green/blue coloured bowl with gold leaf pattern

Any ideas of the manufacturer of this bowl with gold coloured inclusions. It has a flat, ground base with a polished out pontil mark and signed v Brech ? 2009 which could be the buyer.
522 gms 9cm dia x 7.5cm tall and has random glass blobs around the top half.

Might be V Beech?  and the date and it wouldn't have occurred to me that it was the buyer in this case.
