strange green vase in metal holder
« on: March 21, 2017, 06:13:12 PM »
Best regards to everybody.
Rummaging in an old cupboard I found one item that I cannot identify: Green glass object with white metal frame high 9 ". From the base rises a complicated plant shoot with a rose, a bird and various leaves. The glass extends vertically from a rather heavy bulb which then refines including an ornate white medallion with a decal. The metal bottom is filled with a mixture of plaster to give stability. But the strangest thing is that the label applied is that of a famous Milanese pastry that has nothing to do with glass objects. Suggestions?
