Hi There,

Nice looking vase love the cobalt blue is it smooth all over to the touch?
I have seen similar vase's in the past but I feel this example maybe recent in production as to where im not sure but it appears recent to me a nice decorative piece of glass. Maybe somebody will know which country I could be wrong also but feel its modern.
