Nic I got a bit lost on those links ... but Belgium seemed to be a possible source.

Don't think Belgium would be out of kilter for the cocktail glass either.  So possibly worth searching there first.

Foreign tends to be reserved for post-War  German and Japanese stuff because Made in GermanyJapan didn't go down too well with the buying public

yes I thought so to (but forgot and got distracted by the possibility of Belgium)

I had actually tried to look up some Japanese cocktail glasses  ;D

I agree with Christine, German or Japanese first thoughts.

And the way the initials are linked reminds me of some Bohemian Art Nouveau era signatures so I'm plumping for German as first point of call  ;D
