Looking at the museum pages kerstinfroberg linked to in the original post, I see they have found a good reference for the manufacturer of guilloché machines used to etch the geometric designs. There are catalogues from 1910 and 1925 with examples of the available patterns and illustrations of the actual etching machines. In one catalogue there are also illustrations of machines for pressing glass and finishing pressed glass.
