Strombergshyttan ice blue bowl

Hello everyone, I bought this great bowl in a little shop in Nova Scotia last week.  It is very heavy and is inscribed as shown in the attached pictures.  I have searched the internet for information on it with no luck.  I hope you will be able to help me.  It is very heavy about 5 lbs.  It says Strombergshy C-7 477 sorry seems i screwed up the attachments.
