Topic: Can can tell anything about these paperweights

Dose any one no any about these paperweights  one look like a star fish deign with bubble next to its legs and the other is like a row of flowers that make a bed and a ocean of colors on the side of  if have pictures but it keeps telling me it big so anyone could help I be happy to send a picture
