Mould blown blue vase, Swedish?

I say Swedish mainly because it appears in Judith Miller's Collectables Price Guide 2008 on page 310. The description reads: "A Swedish large tiered blue mould blown vase, by an as yet unidentified maker. 11.5in (29cm) high, £30-40"

There's lot's of wear to the base. It is 12 inches high.
