Topic: fumi decanter with 6 glasses

Is there anyone who knows where this little decanter comes from? And who is the glassartist?
The height is 21,5 cm, diameter 10 cm. A glass is 6 cm high
There are thin silver lines on it, 3 times, and between the silver lines there is a red thin line.
On the glassen there are, 3 times,  6 silver lines and red ones in between.
On the bases are also thin silver lines. It seems to be Art Deco.
