the stem and foot and base of the bowl have some similarities with a vase I have seen from
Josef Riedel Dolní Polubný dated 1850-1860 (In a museum collection so assume the identification and date is correct)
Likewise the piece I have seen has an ornately cut rim in a similar manner to your bowl.
Also the panel and petal cutting on the pieces has some similarities with other pieces from them.
Likewise this piece here has a flat polished base I think, if the identification is correct also from them:
http://www.czechantik.cz/starozitne-sklo/vaza/p2703-c60
So there are quite a few similarities with some of their pieces possibly.

You could try searching the above to see what you find. I think they are a contender.
With the caveat I was searching in Czech and so I'm never quite sure if I am interpreting correctly  :-[

Hello,

Thank you very much for your help.
I've been searching all over the net for days.

I think you're definately in the right direction,
because I found a white vase that looks exactly like it.

See link:
http://www.cesonline.cz/arl-ces/cs/detail-ces_us_cat-psb0001757-24-Sklo-Riedel/
(In the little square pictures, you have to scroll...  it's number 11 of 29)

This one matches on all fronts. The rim, the foot, the transparency.

But... that was in my search for Josef Riedel.

Then I found this article with a whole family tree.
If I got it right.

The white vase saying JOSEF RIEDEL  1850-1860.

But Josef Riedel wasn't alive back then.
The one who was in charge of the Riedel company was:  Franz Xaver Anton.

See link:

Unfortunately my search ended there.
Could find anything suitable with this one.
