I cannot be sure but it looks like an Eickholt signature.  I'm not a paperweight guru, so I couldn't tell you anything else about it.

Hi everybody,

from the shape and marbled glass, it also could possibly be a
Chuck Boux (Sigma Glass, Florida) weight,

please check under UV light, if the brighter
stripes are glowing, Chuck Boux used Vaseline glass sometimes,
