I just wonder if it could be Mtarfa?  They have a similar scribbly signature.
Perhaps someone can confirm either way.

Funnily enough I was looking through mtarfa signatures today, and its the closest I've seen, they do seem to have quite a wide range of how it's written

But to me, it doesn't read mtarfa

Just found a mtarfa vase with label sticker, and also identical signature

Hi and welcome to the board. I was going to suggest Mtarfa as well, as their signature does vary a bit, but t'other Anne beat me to it.
