I'm guessing this has some real age with base wear and a pushed up rough pontil,  the interior was filthly and not due to water i'm guessing age.

My friend thought it might be a piece of Clutha glass?.

I really have no idea any thought's welcome.

11 inches in height, 1.2kg.
