Mid century metal shrouded, spiky, nibbles dish. ID = Davidson Glass

Looking for information about this piece, thank you.  Glass part is about 15.5cm x 5cm.  The metalwork is silver plated and lightly hammered.

Hi,

Your bowl is by Davidson Glass and dates from around the early 1970s. The metal is by Brama, a metalworks who merged with Davidson in the mid sixties. These bowls were often sold under the Brama name. You can see a similar piece to yours in the 1971 advert on Chris Stewart's site here: http://cloudglass.com/images/pg1971_1.jpg

Further research suggests this model was called 'Crown'.
