Help with old, tall glass pleas
« on: September 24, 2017, 04:40:12 PM »
This glass was my Grandmothers, although she was 98 when she passed away so it could be war time, Edwardian or earlier ( as has been mooted )

It’s 19.5cm tall and has a lovely crystal like ring to it.

Is it any particular style or for a particular wine

Hello and welcome.  :)
We have plenty of techie help and info here;-
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,34093.msg366621.html#new
to help with resizing images and posting them onto the board.
Images hosted elsewhere often vanish, leaving a thread with information, but no illustration to relate to it, which is a pain.
(And I won't click on external links myself, they can mess my pc up.)
If you do get stuck, yell and somebody will help. ;D
You could even click on the envelope beside my username, and following making contact, you could send me the images and I'll resize them for you.
Looking forward to seeing your glass. :)
Cheers, Sue M. (she/her)

Thanks !

I would have normally resized them on the laptop but I’m on the iPad and it’s not as easy.
The site I’ve linked to has no ads or pop-ups

If you're stuck, contact me and I'll fix them for you.

Would you be able to sort the pics for me ? On holiday and only have access to IPad so I can’t revise them for an attachment

Thanks  :)
