Small Glass Box - Enamelled - Signed P.D.

Hello everybody!

I have this little glass lidded box, of which I can't find anything about.
I have bought it in France, and I have absolutely no idea how old it is or where it's from.

It has floral enamel design, and is signed "P.D" on the bottom.

Hopefully somebody recognises this signature.
