Tigerchips:
Similar shape from Holmegaard.

I have seen these colours before somewhere but I can't quite place it.

Pinkspoons:
Definitely not Holmegaard (I think you're thinking of Michael Bang's 'Atlantis' range and Per Lütken's 'bubble' vases, TC - they do bear some resemblance).

Can't help you with a manufacturer - although I suspect it might be modern Chinese, just going on the overall finish (I might be wrong, that's only a guess) - but I do like the colour combination.

Anne E.B.:
Looks similar to my Tarnowiec vase (Poland) - similar colouring.  Just a thought :P

I think it looks like a studio piece. My guess is that the green and silver leaf inclusion looks as though it is a by product from another piece - a flipped over rim on a pulled neck that gets discarded, normally , but that has been melted in to a white or cased white gather, and blown up. The silver leaf has been heated to a point where it doesn't actually look like silver any more.

Unlikely to be Chinese.

Its quite unusual.
