Perhaps "finesse" would be a better word to describe his work?
I do think his work stands out from the others, but pwts are not my thing at all.
This just doesn't look good enough for Salvador, (or any Ysart, I'm afraid) to me.
But I'll keep quiet and leave it to the rest of you. 
You all know far more than I do about both weights and Ysarts.

My guts are normally not too bad at recognising his vases.
Weights are another matter entirely, I can just about get "Scottish-ish".

its an ysart brothers weight and you said that the union jack weight wasn't good enough to be of any of the ysarts work = (or any Ysart, I'm afraid) so I posted a pic of that last weight to prove a lot of their stuff was untidy aswell as well done

Aah. I get it now. I can be slow to connect things, especially if there are more than two of them.
That one is a lot more complicated than the one posted, there is more to go wrong with it.
But yes, it's... a bit ropey.
But the original one doesn't even resemble "the flag" (if that is what is supposed to be).
It's not that it's gone wrong, it just is wrong.
I'll shut up. I don't think it's Ysart, I think it's something fairly recent. But I get lots of stuff wrong, including stuff in my own area. 
I'm always happy to be corrected.
