It's not the actual glass that is copyright protected, but the photograph. The copyright belongs to the person who took the image of the glass.

I hope that makes things clear.

You can keep copies of other peoples' pictures on your computer or in your personal online space for your personal reference but you should not share them publicly without permission from the photographer.

We just don't want you to get into trouble :D
