Is the stopper a full glass stopper or has it got a plastic sleeve on it - can't quite see on the photo.  I believe the italian ones sometimes has the sleeve?

Oh I really want that amethyst vase....I have an amethyst "corner" and it needs filling out!!!

PS How tall is it?

BJB:
Hi All,

Thanks for the lovely comments, the Whitefriars measures 7" tall, I shall be listing all three very soon soon, maybe about the 13th August

Here is a photo of the decanter base and stopper, which is hollow with no plastic sleeve. Leslie Pina has one in amber in the Blenko section of the 50's glass book

And one without the stopper.

The colour dosen't look Italian to me, if anything more Scandinavian with the olive green colour, the glass is very thin and finely blown and doesn't have the va-va-voom of the 1960's Italian glass. I am most probably wrong :?

I think I will post the paperweight on the other board, just to check who made it. I still don't know the difference between Perthshire and Strathearn, apart from if they are marked. Is there one?

The sticker on the large lips vase looks very 1950's with the paintbrushes, a bit to "cutesy" IYKWIM, rather than the retro 60's look.

Have been to one today, the only thing I have bought is my middle daughers' prom dress, an American designer one for £5.00. If I can persuade her I will post a picture as she looks stunning, but not really a glass thing

She didn't take much persuading

Your daughter looks beautiful. You had some lovely finds!   My haul was very thin, in fact it's always thin compared to that lot. Let us know when you are listing the beads please
