
quite right too, and I shall be in Norfolk today, so wrong direction for me. But it's true that over many years when collecting green Stuart pieces - and I suspect they were mostly Woodchester and Stratford designs of some sort of shape - I never encountered a uranium green, and I must have seen scores in green. Just never understood why they didn't make the stuff when others did.
Suspect that the price reflects the fact that Stuart drinking glasses, in ordinary green, are scarce - almost always they are in clear.
So - request please to all who may read this - does anyone have a piece of Stuart, in uranium green - presumably from between the two WW.
