Purple/light blue cased bowl
« on: March 24, 2018, 04:09:55 AM »
Plenty wear to the base. 4 inches high. 7 inches diameter from the top rim.

No idea who made it but i like it.

no idea who made it but I love the colour combination.
Bizarrely, the way it's made and the way the foot is clear (?) and shaped reminds me of my Webb Corbett Agate Flambe bowls.
Is the foot clear?  is the polished pontil mark very large? (caveat, mine have extra large polished pontil marks and that doesn't look the same, but the bowl still reminds me of mine :)  )

Pontil is 4cm. The foot seems to be clear yes, just a little bit on the bottom though.
Found it in a shop with things piled on top of it. Thought i'd give it some love.  :)
