Blenko or Italian?

This board's been too quiet.  Geez, is everyone on vacation?  My friend who is a great expert on Blenko insists this lamp is Italian.  I'd bet my last dime it's Blenko.  Do any of the Italian glass experts here think that this could be Italian?  (Since I collect both, it will remain in my dining room either way).

My first guess would have been Blenko as well.
Is the lamp clear, or with a subtle color to it? I see the applications look a dark green. Also the shape looks like a Blenko decanter turned lamp... not so sure.
Maybe we can get another perspective on it soon.

Blenko have used this type of prunt design in the past.  I think the colour of the prunt is emerald, there's a larger version of that prunt style in: Blenko Catalogues 'Then and Now', Page 104.  (Bear in mind, I have not handled Blenko glass, only used the books)

I don't know enough to be able to say that your lamp is definitely Blenko, but I think it's a very good starting point.  :)

The leaves do not look right for blenko, the  decanter does  not  look right for   blenko  all my  intuition says not  blenko, but i can't give you a 100% positive    on that.

p.s.  i'm  a blenko collector myself  and I have a  vase  with applied leaf prunts right here that i'm  refering  to for  shape.
