Opaline glass lampshade

Hi all,picked this lampshade up the other day and wondered if anyone here knows much about them,it's very thin blown glass with a brittle ring and a Opaline blue but without yellow straw couloir you would associate with Walsh say.I'm guessing it could be late 19 century?,many thanks.
