Hello:
Very desirable glass items! The pattern is called Bullet Emblem by collectors and was made by the US Glass Co. c1898. Condition is extremely important in the valuation of these items. For some idea on the potential value do a google search on "bullet emblem" and visit a site or two.

Connie:
Your piece is Early American Pattern Glass - EAPG. The pattern is called Bullet Emblem and was made by U.S. Glass Compnay in 1898 as a Spanish-American War commerative. The pieces were originally decorated in red, white and blue and the bullet was silver.
It was made in a table set - covered butterdish, covered sugar bowl, creamer, and spooner.
It is a nice piece and one that I have never seen "in person."
Edited:  Sid - we were posting at the same time.
