Any good books on silver deposit/overlay glass?

I almost hate to ask about books as it invariably ends up costing me $50 to $75 or more, but if there is such a thing, I think we should probably have a decent book on silver overlay in our collection.  While most of what we find in our neighborhood is of the "Happy Anniversary" genre, now and again, we do manage to spot some very beautiful, and quite artistic examples.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I know there was an author working on such a book.  She purchased several items from me for the book and I supplied pictures of other items.  She was to mail me when the book was published.  I never heard from her  :?

A quick search of Amazon does not reveal such a book.
