We are pleased pleased to announce the launch of the website at today.

We are grateful to the Glass Society for their sponsorship and to David Ross ( for his dedication to the project over the last ten months. The site displays beautifully on mobile platforms and laptops. It is bilingual, in English and French. The old site at will remain functional for the rest of this year, but won't be updated.

As expected for such a large site there are a few minor issues to deal with, but we hope the new website will become a hub for studies on Etling glass. Some testing is required of features that had to wait until the launch, such as the discussion forum. Please wait until the forum has its first post from myself just to make sure all is working as intended.

In due course we welcome any contributions to the new site via the discussion forum or contact form. Images of Etling glass can be submitted via the museum email address.

Thank you for the many comments of support for this project.
