3 inches tall, ground off base with some wear, sure I've posted one similar a while back but couldn't find it, Bohemian ?

I think this is one of the weights made in St Helens Glassworks which was in the grounds of the Pilkington factory, I understand they employed a few glassmakers from "Bohemia" who made these weights in various styles. They also made weights with names, the name is often underlined and has three flowers above or below it

There seem to be two sources for Pilkington weights; back door ones made by the Bohemian workers and those made in the glass museum, which was in the factory grounds and is now on part of the old factory site (St Helens glassworks was and still is a Pilkington factory). I think these bluish ones are museum ones

I'm learning little bits about ice-pick flower weights, after finding something Christine told me was Frank Eisner.
