Davidson bowls with soft yellow glow under blacklight

I hope you don't mind if I ask another question about glass that glows.  I have a couple of Davidson bowls that have a soft yellow glow under UV light.  Would this again be a decolouriser, but not Manganese?

I used to have an article about uranium glass that I could refer to but when I moved stuff to the new one somehow I managed to forget it.  Now, of course I can't find it again to save.
